As of 12:30pm, VFADMIN services were restored, but you may experience 
slowdowns until the system is brought back to full capacity at 
approximately 2;30pm.   This event was a re-occurence of the problem 
encountered June 27th. The root cause of the problem has been identified 
and a vendor fix has been implemented that permanently eliminates this 
issue.
