**** PLEASE DISTRIBUTE WIDELY **** Over the holiday break, UIT will be performing various system maintenance and upgrade tasks that will involve some service outages, summarized below. Saturday December 27th 9:00am-6:00pm: MOODLE will be upgraded and unavailable during this time. Monday December 29th 7:30am-8:00am: Some data centre network equipment will be replaced; this may result in a brief interruption to Passport York. Monday December 29th, Tuesday December 30th and Friday January 2nd: 8:30am-4:30pm: York WiFi services (AirYork/AirYorkPLUS/EduRoam) and building networks will undergo maintenance tasks resulting in service outages to individual buildings of up to 2hrs per building and 1hr campus-wide. (EXCLUDING: Scott Library and West Office Building - services in these buildings will not be impacted). Tuesday December 30th: 8:30am to 4:30pm, ResNet maintenance will result in outages to ResNet (including WiFi service in Residence buildings) up to 1hr per building during this window.
