During the Thanksgiving long weekend, UIT will be upgrading the Oracle database.

As a result, ALL SIS systems will be down beginning Friday October 9th, 5:00pm until Tuesday October 13th, 1:00am.
This includes:

• REM (for students and staff)
• YDML (including grade reports, enrolled and registered letters, etc.)
• All SIS information in the student portal, including courses and financial portlets.
• The York Courses web site
• ADMW
• MyFile
• Student Financial Profile
• YDA and Degree Progress Report
• PES, COS, STAC etc.
• SIS reports and SLIM
• Classlists
• DSS and STACDSS, etc.

Please note that due to the outage, the October fee payment deadline for students has been extended to Tuesday October 13th, 11:59pm.
