There was an outage of Student Print Services and Unified Print 
Management this morning, Thursday November 19th, from 6:00am-9:30am. 
Students were unable to log into the print release stations in Libraries 
and Student labs to release their print jobs, and staff were unable to 
release their print jobs on devices that are managed by Unified Print 
Management.

While investigating, UIT discovered that the systems did not recover 
properly during the announced maintenance window this morning. A manual 
server reboot was required to restore services.

UIT apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this outage.
