UIT is investigating reports of mymail.yorku.ca and oldmymail.yorku.ca 
(including IMAP/POP services) experiencing occasional periods of slow 
response time for some end users. This slow response can lead to 
time-outs with mail folders (including the Inbox) appearing to be empty.

UIT is working with the vendor to determine the root cause and resolve 
the issue as quickly as possible.
