Student researchers from all disciplines are invited to submit an abstract to present (i.e., poster session or 15-minute oral presentation) at the symposium. Both undergraduate and graduate papers will be considered. Limited funding opportunities available for undergraduate poster presentations.

Submission Guidelines:
1. Include your name and area of study
2. E-mail address & phone number (mobile)
3. Title & abstract not exceeding 250 words
4. Reason why you deserve funding (for undergraduates who are preparing a poster)
4. Please send abstracts to [log in to unmask] no later than March 14th, 2016
Attendance will be open to all students, faculty, and staff from different universities at no charge. The symposium schedule and location will be promoted and posted on the GRASP website (www.yorku.ca/grasp). Acceptance letters will be sent via email approximately 3 weeks after the deadline for submission.
Audio and video equipment will be provided at the symposium for the presenters using PowerPoint presentations.
If you are a candidate for the GRASP “Certificate of Interest
in Public Health” (for attending 4 GRASP events throughout the year) you
have the option to be presented the certificate at the symposium. Awards
will be presented at the end of the conference.
