Ben, thanks for bringing this to our attention. So much work goes unnoticed or unapplauded in our profession.

I also am grateful for Chad's hard work and steady, guiding hand for the MTA. Even as he has been juggling the many duties as Dean of a school facing many rapid changes in our complex industry (as most of us are facing at our own schools). And raising a wonderful family, I might add.

Ben said he is a person of "intelligence, integrity, and grace." All true; I'd only like to add that it is Chad's quiet good humor that marks him as one of the most beloved among the family of Twainiacs, too. Thanks buddy!
