This workshop will cover:

·         The meaning of Stress & Burnout

·         How Burnout can affect you as a student

·         Practical ways to help manage stress to avoid burnout

 

This interactive workshop will include hands-on activities, discussions and reflection questions.

Luminate Mental Health Conference is an entirely student-run initiative at York University with the mission of supporting student mental health on campus through evidence-based experiential workshops and a student-centric academic mental health conference in March 2022.
