Greetings All,

Mohawk College is seeking a volunteer from the archives community in Ontario to sit on their Library and Information Technician Program Advisory Board.  I held the position since 2018 until this year and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and success of the students in their programs.  They welcome an archivist on the committee because although the name may suggest this is a program for library students they teach courses in archives and records management within the various programs.

The work is not at all intensive - two meetings a year (virtual currently since pandemic started) and sometimes input requested on strategic plans or other things in between those meetings.
