Subject: IMM22 - Call for Abstract Submissions - deadline, May 31
To: <[log in to unmask]>, <[log in to unmask]>

Community Members,
We launched our call for abstract submissions for 2022 In My Mind (IMM) LGBTQ+ People of Color Mental Health Conference, "Tenacity and Ageless in Healing", with the theme, "Considering LGBTQ+ Older Adults of Color Mental Health".

Abstract submissions close at midnight, May 31.

Please share this call with your networks/listserv and contacts, inviting and encouraging as many to submit for an opportunity to present at this unique conference; this gathering of clinicians, academicians, advocates, activists, consumers and students is the only forum for, about, and by LGBTQ+ people of color anywhere in the world. This year's IMM, scheduled for Oct 7 will be hybrid, that is, limited in-person attendance with an online presence.

We will be raising and discussing the many issues and aspects of our older adult communities, including physical, social, emotional, and mental health.

Let us consider the many forgotten, marginalized, isolated or abandoned older LGBTQ+ adults of color, who are often relegated to the sidelines.
