We hope that you are having a great first week of classes! Our Fall Learning Skills Services programming will be starting up September 12th.
- WORKSHOPS: Our September Workshop Calendar includes a mix of online and in-person options on a wide variety of learning skills.
- We have a new workshop in our rotation this semester, called “Study Strategies That Work” and will be introducing additional new topics this Fall.
- We are also excited to share that all our Learning Skills workshops have been updated with a new interactive software – come ready to participate!
- Our partners within the Libraries will also be offering academic workshops this month– please visit the Library event calendar to learn more.
- LEARNING COMMONS WELCOME DESK: Our friendly LSS Peers are excited to speak with you!
- We will be hosting hours at the Learning Commons Welcome Desk (big red desk) on the 2nd floor of Scott Library, Tues –Thurs. in September. Please see our event calendar for specific hours.
- We can help answer questions about any of the Learning Commons partners and connect you to the right service for your needs.
- ONLINE RESOURCES: We have asynchronous materials (tips, videos, worksheets, etc.) available to students on all of workshop topics.
