So there is no way to resuscitate these volumes?  Seems tragic.  No agencies to apply for funding?  Crowdfunding?

Well, it seems we are out of stock completely on this one. I have one shrink-wrapped copy in house and that’s it. 

 

I can’t see a path to reprinting this one. It’s so old that we have no files or it, we’d have to re-keyboard both volumes, and I can’t see recouping even the printing cost.

Thank you!  I have had the bad experience of having two shipments of this volume lost through postal systems after ordering on line.  I gave my copies away to a graduate student.  There are not any available anywhere on the planet as of now.  I would anticipate many academic university libraries would love to get hold of these.
