Hello!

The deadline for the Call for Papers is Monday, January 30, 2023 at 5 pm EST. The 2023 Annual Conference will be held on May 10 to 12 virtually on the Whova platform. Please use this form to submit your proposal.

The 2023 AAO Conference was initially intended to be an in-person event held at the Cobourg Community Centre in Cobourg. While we understand the desire for a conventional conference setting, the AAO Board of Directors and the Conference Committee are prioritizing accessibility and ease of access to the conference.

We look forward to seeing you virtually in May!
