Good morning!

I am emailing to share that the National Collaborating Centre of Determinants of Health (NCCDH<nccdh.ca>) has new resources in our ongoing Equity in Action project and our podcast, Mind the Disruption.

Our Equity in Action project collects and shares stories of equity-driven health initiatives from across Canada. Lifting the voices of community leaders as a source of evidence, this repository of stories can facilitate learning and connection among public health practitioners in Canada and guide equity-based planning through pandemic recovery and beyond.

Our online collection now has 13 stories in English and French focusing on mental health, housing, harm reduction, workplace and employment inequities and more.

Read the stories here.<https://nccdh.ca/learn/equity-in-action/>
