It's interesting that research and thoughtful ideas, often developed at universities and other institutions with large government funding, are hidden behind paywalls.  

People associated with Universities (and a few other organizations) have access to most of the world's knowledge. Most other Canadians do not; although, education and knowledge have an important influence on health.
