Our finance team is working on an asset management plan per new Ontario regulations and are seeking a per square foot replacement cost for an archival facility.
Does anyone know if there is an industry standard number for this? Or, failing that, if you’ve recently replaced or built a new facility, could you share your per square foot costs?
