You can get it via anonymous FTP.  FTP to wiretap.spies.com.  Can't tell
you exactly which directory it's in though.

You might also want to try Project Gutenberg's FTP server at
mrcnext.cso.uiuc.edu.  cd to /gutenberg and follow instructions.
