WHO also projects that most new infections by the year 2000 will take place in developing countries. It is against this backdrop that the International Society of African Scientists (ISAS) proposes to sponsor a conference titled "AIDS IN AFRICA AND THE CARIBBEAN: ENABLING COMMUNITIES TO FIND SOLUTIONS".
