I have one for Following the Equator, but I think that book was
published by another publisher since Webster & Co. was in
bankruptcy.  It's very interesting.  It has samples of the
bindings, sample chapters and sample illustrations.  Also has a
sign up register containing the names and signatures of the
people who subscribed for the book.
