Yes, there are some salesman's promos still around.  Private collectors
have some of them for the Twain books.  The best person to tell you about
them is Nick Karanovich.  He does not lurk here; but his collection of
Twain materials including such promotional materials for the Twain books
published with Webster is formidable.  He can also likely tell you who
has the most complete collections of Webster materials if he is not the
one himself.
