The book you're looking for is:
        Baetzhold, Howard G., and Joseph B. McCullough, eds.  THE BIBLE
        ACCORDING TO MARK TWAIN: WRITINGS OF HEAVEN, EDEN, AND THE FLOOD.
        Athens: U of Georgia P, 1995.
The editors have done a great job with the material (as we all knew they
would).  It's definitely a book that one should obtain (even by purchasing,
if it comes to that).
