How can Keynes' principles be utilized to develop policies to develop a smooth transition from a centrally planned to a market economy? What should be the US policy towards current account balances? Is it possible to achieve full employment without inflation in an entrepreneurial economy? Should the federal government pursue a balanced fiscal budget annually or over the cycle?
