Skills: Must possess a thorough understanding of administrative business processes such as budget, accounting, payroll, personnel, and procurement, as well as proven technical skills in systems analysis and software development. Responsibilities also require familiarity with the theory and practical application of relational database theory, visual and object oriented programming techniques, and programming for multi-user LAN systems and for systems that will use the mainframe and personal computer simultaneously. Skills in specific products should include: DOS, Windows 95, Novell LANs, SQL, Visual Basic, project management software, and data modelling tools.
