The course consists of one-on-on language instruction, extracurricular cultural and social activities, a major site visit to a health organization/project, a debriefing meeting, and meals and accommodations with a local family. Course dates: June 29 - July 27, 1997, or October 19 - November 16, 1997. Participants can also arrange to attend for two weeks at a time.
