This forum aims to stimulate researchers, health administrators, and international funders to be aware of the increasing needs for health economics capacity building and to promote links and networking in the field of health economics. The Forum will be regarded as an initial step towards creating formal links within Asia and the Pacific, and with other national and international networks in fields related to health economics. The essay must be an unpublished original work. It must be written in English, typed, and at least 5,000 words long. The essay can be on all aspects of health economics.
