Thanks Jean Marc for your suggestion about community kitchens.  We
are fortunate here to have a new CHC with a teaching kitchen and a
dietician on staff. j We see the establishment of a community kitchen
as a  goal that could evolve from our food depot idea.  We thought we
first need
to get people to identifyour group as a non-threatening, non-judgemental place to get help with food issues.  Thanks for the
suggestion
