India, " Vol. 34, No. 1, Spring, 1996 and "Mark Twain and Women", Vol. 34,
No. 2, Fall 1996) for possible missing or mis-numbered pages. Only a small
number of copies are believed to be incorrect but If you need replacement
copies, please contact:

Please include defective copies so they can be returned to the printing
