Hello, After reading Wendy Reynolds & AWARE's message here on community gardens, I contacted Meg Shields of the Toronto Healthy City Office, and Debbie Field of Foodshare in Toronto to inquire about the excellent resources that I have seen from both of their organizations, as well as the Food Policy Council in Toronto related to Community Gardening. Meg passed on the message to Sean Cosgrove at the Food Policy Council, who has been a long-standing advocate, speaker and promoter of community gardens. He has responded with the following note. At OPC we have some copies of materials developed by The Good Food Project of London Ontario, that were produced in 1996 (video, booklet, guide) on community gardens and collective kitchens, before that project finished. I doubt that very many additional copies are available (the plague of the under-funded community organization - good resources vanish), but I would be willing to make a copy for AWARE or determine if there is an organization in London that is maintaining these resources.
