ARCHIVES/RECORDS PROJECT MANAGER The Corporation of the City of Kingston requires one graduate student to manage an archives and records project in Kingston, Ontario. The project will run from July 5 to September 17, 1999. The project manager's wage will be fifteen dollars per hour. The project includes integrating the archival and inactive records of three amalgamated municipalities, setting up an archives and records storage facility, supervising three staff, data entry work and the organisation, analysis and inventory of City records. Preference will be given graduates of a college or university program in one or more of the following areas: archival science, public administration, computer technology, library science or records and information management. Must be physically able to lift a 15-kg. box. Computer database experience an asset. Must be able to demonstrate good communications and people management skills.
