Jevons' The Theory of Political Economy, ch. (5?) on Labor, definitely  
describes labor supply as determined by the calculus of pain and  
pleasure, but I don't recall leisure being explicitly discussed.  It was  
more the pain (disutility) of labor vs. the benefits to be had as a result  
of labor. Non-labor is implicitly an absence or avoidance of pain  
associated with labor.
