About a month ago, a survey asking about institutional policies and practices relating to the acquisition of lawyers’ papers was distributed online. The research looks at solicitor-client privilege and its impact on the availability of archival sources for the study of the legal profession in Canada. If you have already completed and submitted the survey, thank you for your contribution.
