Hi everyone.

I am the coordinator of a local alcohol and injury prevention coalition and
am interested getting feedback from members to improve our coaltion's
structure and and working environment.

Does anyone have any tools for surveying coalitions?  I am especially
interested in the following topics: level of satisfaction, ideas for
improving process, ideas for organizational change, roles,
responsibilities, communication, and so on.

Any tools or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  You an send
