The Education Safety Association of Ontario is pleased to announce its
third
annual Health & Safety Conference & Trade show, to take place at the
International Plaza Hotel, Toronto, Ontario, on May 30,31, and June
1,2001.
As Canada's only health and safety conference specific to employers and
workers within the Education sector, the conference will showcase issues
around legislative requirements, development of best practices,
technical
information on workplace safety, and a myriad of other health and safety
concerns. The conference will be a great place to network and share
ideas
with your peers from a variety of Education workplaces across the
country.
The ESAO Conference features a Professional Development Day on May 29th
which includes the following courses: Emergency Training, Ergonomic
Assessments, WHMIS Train the Trainer, X-Ray Safety and Adult
Presentation
Techniques.
Conference 2001 features session tracks on Basic Safety, Healthy
Lifestyles,
Leading Edge issues, and Campus/Site Safety. It also features daily
Keynote
Speakers, daily entertainment and networking opportunities.
