Since everyone is being so outrageously modest, there is a paper  
('A Dynamic Framework for Policy Analysis') to be presented at the  
July 2000 Reserve Bank of Australia conference which looks at the  
history of dynamics in a different light.  Modesty, however, prevents  
me from revealing the name of the author, although the essay will  
be published in the conference proceedings and advance copies  
can be obtained from [log in to unmask]
