[Responding to Barkley Rosser] 
 
Once (I don't have the reference here) Samuelson commenting of 
J.B. Clark's claim to an independent (although several years late) 
discovery of the marginal approach to income determination, said 
that the claim demonstrated incompentent scholarship. Can we 
argue the same in this case?
