I am writing to you today to welcome back Loren Fantin as full-time ARCHEION
Coordinator after her maternity leave. Loren has worked for the ARCHEION
project since its very beginnings and it is gladly that we see her back at
the Coach House on Rusholme Road. If you are contemplating sending your
fonds-level descriptions to the ARCHEION network or actually preparing to do

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Philippa Cummings, who
has acted as full-time ARCHEION Coordinator this year between April and
mid-July. Prior to take on the Coordinator's role, Philippa worked as Roving
Archivist for ARCHEION and visited repositories in Ontario to assist them in
contributing to the network. Philippa has found a job in Nova Scotia and we
wish her all the best in this new endeavour.
