HyperLink is a one-day interactive workshop that will inspire arts

The workshop is intended for novice and experienced staff responsible for
their gallery websites and is ideal for both organizations seeking to revamp
their current sites and those starting from scratch. Participants can expect
to learn the key elements of successful sites in the visual arts sector and
have a chance to get their current sites critiqued by professionals.

Presenters:
o Patrick Côté, designer of the award-winning Carleton University Art
        Gallery website (www.carleton.ca/gallery)

o John Dalrymple, Development Manager at the Textile Museum of Canada,
and designer/developer of their innovative online project Clay and
        Cloth: Communicating Culture (www.textilemuseum.ca/cloth_clay)

o Bill Kirby, creator of the successful Centre for Contemporary Canadian
        Art website (www.ccca.ca)

*Agenda:*
AM: Panel Presentations. Issues to be covered include: content
development, innovative design and presentation, archiving images, ideal
navigation, implementing copyright, efficiently maintaining sites,
    creative partnerships.

PM: Case studies and Website Critique Session.
Early registrants may sign up to potentially have their gallerys'
websites critiqued as part of the afternoon presentations. The websites
will be critiqued by some of the presenters, and in front of all
    registrants.

**Please indicate on the registration form if you are interested in having
your gallery's website critiqued, and contact OAAG for more information.**
