Would you suggest some of your favorite resources (papers and websites) on any (or all) of the following:

1.. Ethics of care and caring communities
2.. Participation - what it means, strategies to support, effective ways to address barriers
3.. "Rights based" approach to care
4.. Why visioning is important in health promotion work?
Thanks, if others are interested I am willing to share my findings.
