Dear Marie,

Phillip Toner has a book on cumulative causation, dealing with Allyn Young,
Kaldor, Myrdal and others. Though he does not directly engage in
mathmatical formulation, the book should be helpful for understand the
concept historically.

_Main currents in cumulative causation : the dynamics of growth and
development_, Houndsmills, Basingstoke, Hampshire [England]: MacMillan
Press; New York, N.Y. : St. Martin's Press, 1999.
