POWER. Cambridge University Press 1998.
 
This is not merely on the just price but on the principles that underlay such reasoning
and makes the point that there is more to it than Christian doctrine (though that was
certainly part of it).
 
Odd Langholm also has an really excellent short paper in a volume edited by Todd Lowry and
Barry Gordon, ANCIENT AND MEDIEVAL ECONOMIC IDEAS AND CONCEPTS OF SOCIAL JUSTICE, Leiden:
