I do not have the quote. But 10 or 15 years ago Mark Blaug made a video 
about Keynes, in which - in the third part - someone makes the point. 
 
I may be wrong, but I think it was Friedman. Anyway, in a private 
conversation Keynes should have said that under different circumstances he 
would have advocated a different policy.
