Can anyone point me in the direction of some decent 
sources on the relationship (if any) between Adam Smith 
and the American Revolution?  In particular, I am interested 
in looking into what kind of impact the "Wealth of Nations" 
had on the work of Paine, Jefferson, et al.  Any help would 
be appreciated.
