A challenging opportunity exists to be part of the Archives of Ontario
management team.  You will be responsible for providing leadership to a team
of archivists working to protect and preserve the information critical to
efficient, effective and accountable government and for ensuring public
access to this information.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Strong team leadership skills; solid grasp of archival
concepts and current issues in archival science; demonstrated client service
orientation; strong interpersonal, negotiation and consensus-building
skills; good communication skills; flexible approach to problem-solving.
