==================== HES POSTING ===================

A number of you will have received a request from Boris Revchoun,
associate professor at Kirovograd Engineering Institute, Ukraine, for
books and resources in the history of economics. I wanted to let you know
what I have done as list manager about this.

Not wanting the HES list to become a general clearinghouse for requests of
this nature, I chose to respond to Dr. Revchoun's request personally
off-list, directing him in the first place to the groups of historians of
economics who are near his current US locale (in Maine). I hope that he
will be able to attend the Kress Seminar, and make contact with historians
of economics in New England.

If you receive requests of this type, please feel free to forward them to
me. I can suggest appropriate contacts within the history of economics
community for them.
