I would suggest that the student start with the Hayek Center run by Greg
Ransom. This site is just concluding a very thoughtful and interesting
e-seminar with David Laidler on his book _Fabricating the Keynesian
Revolution_.

The Ludwig von Mises Institute also have an extensive web site.

Finally, my colleague Bryan Caplan at GMU has a very extensive web site
dealing with many issues related to a libertarian view of economic policy.

P.S.: I have some links off my own page which also might be of interest.
