There is some additional information to the message wirtten by Masao
Watanabe ([log in to unmask]) and sent by Michio Akama
([log in to unmask]) on March 10. It has been confirmed by the
other Japanese SHET members including Takashi Negishi

First, 'Open University (Japan)' in the previous posting was supposed to
read the University of the Air. The University of the Air is the formal
English name of Hoso Daigaku (in Japanese). The lectures at the University of the Air are
broadcasted by satellite TV.

Second, the University of the Air certainly produced the following video

> J.S.Mill and his wage-fund theory
> Adam Smith and "Wealth of Nations"
> A. Cournot and his mathematical economics
> J.M.Keynes and his "General Theory"
> Jevons and his arbitration theory
> Marshall and the Cambridge School
> Marx and "Das Kapital"
> Menger and the Austrian School
> Ricardo and his macro distirbutional theory
> Walras and his general equibrium theory
> The classic school and the marginal revolution

These are the titles of videos prepared for the following lectures,

  Takashi Negishi
The Introduction to the History of Economics
  First broadcased in 1997

According to Masao Watanabe, several universities own video copies.
