Pat, I know it is unwise to answer a rhetorical question. Nevertheless, 'we' would have to
look closely at a) what is being packed into the other things being equal claim; b) the
definition(s) of the terms; c) what will count as 'demand', and, more important, d) to
what use that claim is put.
