I have received a request from a student through the EH.Net Ask the
Professor service regarding Ricardo's theory of taxation. The student's
questions are well-formed, and specific enough to suggest that
someone more knowledgeable about Ricardo than myself could answer
them.

Would someone be willing to respond? The type of response we try to
provide is in this situation is the assistance you might give a senior
undergraduate student who comes in to your office with the question (a
general response plus some pointers toward relevant literature).
