Cerner has a project with the folks in Winona to develop a personal health
record. Part of it is an online health assessment. I believe the School of
Public Health in Michigan is doing the evaluation. Sylvia

Hello!  I am a senior at Montana State University-Billings and am currently
taking a Technological Applications in Health Sciences course.  I am
wondering if anyone has any information about Internet based health surveys
or health assessments.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
