Despite having recently posted messages about how to unsubscribe, or sign
off of this list, there seems to be a continuing problem with people
remembering how to do this task. So once again, for the record, here are
the instructions on the email address for the ListServer for all Commands,
how to Unsubscribe or Signoff, how to find the Click4HP archives, How to Use
Reply, and how to contact the list-owners and facilitators if you need help.

Please - do NOT send command messages to the entire Click4HP listserv. The
850+ list members cannot help you to signoff, unsubscribe or change your
email address

* The email address for all commands to the ListServer is
[log in to unmask]
* Any time you send a message to the Listserver, you need to leave the
Subject line blank
* In the body of the message you need to include the ListName (Click4HP) so
that the automated Listserver knows what list to take action upon.

If you wish to Unsubscribe or Signoff - you send a message to
[log in to unmask] Leave the Subject line blank
In the body of the message type in only

UNSUBSCRIBE CLICK4HP

or
SIGNOFF CLICK4HP

You do the same thing to Subscribe (take out the UN) adding your name after
the name of the list.

Remember the CLICK4HP list archives are easily accessible and searchable in
a new website (where, with a little work, you can manage your subscription
settings as well) at

http://listserv.yorku.ca/archives/click4hp.html

*** Be Careful About the Use of REPLY ***

Often when you see a message posted to the CLICK4HP health promotion list,
it appears to come directly from an individual, and you may be tempted to
'reply' to that person (not to the list) by clicking on the 'reply' function
in your email. Beware! When you select Reply - it will reply to the entire
CLICK4HP list, *not* only to the individual who sent the original message.
Check the address line - if you only wanted to reach that individual,
then highlight and copy their email address into a new email message and
send it to them only. If you wanted to reply to the whole list, then please
do use the Reply function.

If you have any questions about your subscription - please do contact the
list-owners directly at
[log in to unmask]
